Our CBD suppositories are designed for insertion into the rectum. While they are equally efficient and safe for vaginal use, we recommend the anal method as it helps protect the delicate flora in the vagina.

1. Cleanliness: Before using the suppository, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Choose the Right Position: Find a comfortable position. For vaginal suppositories, lying down or standing with one leg raised (such as on a bed or chair) can make insertion easier. For rectal suppositories, lying on your side with your knees drawn up to your chest is often recommended.
3. Unwrap the Suppository: Remove the suppository from its packaging.
4. Insertion: Gently insert the suppository into the vagina or rectum using your finger, as per the product's instructions. For vaginal insertion, it should be placed deep enough to ensure it stays in place. For rectal insertion, it should be pushed past the sphincter muscle.
5. Relax and Remain Still: Try to remain lying down for a little while (usually 5-10 minutes) to allow the suppository to dissolve and be absorbed. Moving around immediately after insertion may cause the suppository oils to come out or be less effective.

And the frankincense is anti-bacterial so it may help with any minor infections around the tears. Fissures are also very painful, so the CBD may help soothe the pain when you need to pass a motion. There will always be a little pain as it tears open to stretch, but the healing may speed up so you may heal much faster between toilet trips.
